‘This is the first time we have been able to bring together leaders from across the industry and not just those that focus on one particular segment of the industry, it is a great achievement’ said Jaime Fluxá, Chairman of JSF travel & tourism.
In New York, guest speakers included, Rafat Ali, CEO and Founder of Skift.com, as well as Paulo Pena, President and Managing Director for the Wyndham Hotel Group in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Participants also explored the opportunities faced by the industry whilst broadly discussing their own challenges.
